Ingredients
2 packs of TRATA Salmon Pocket in water
150 gr. broccoli, cut in florets
1 green apple, diced
1 carrot, grated
2 tbsp chopped dried nuts
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
100 gr. yogurt
50 gr. mayonnaise
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lime
2 tbsp parsley or coriander, chopped
400 gr. boiled pasta

Procedure
In steam or hot water, boil the broccoli for 5 ‘ and drain it.
In a bowl, mix the pasta, broccoli, apple, nuts, carrot, raisins, onion, salmon and add salt and pepper.
In another bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, orange juice and vinegar.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad, stir and place in the fridge for 30′.
Serve the pasta salad sprinkled with chopped coriander or parsley.
Tips:
- We use short shapes of pasta such as penne, orecchiette or fusilli
- We keep the broccoli as crunchy as possible, alternatively we boil it according to our preferences
- Use light mayonnaise for a lighter result, if you want to skip it, replace the amount with yogurt and add 1 tbsp. olive oil
- We can also add chopped cabbage or lettuce, peppers or cauliflower
- We can use any kind of nuts we prefer
