Ingredients
1 Tuna Pocket TRATA in water
1 large tortilla
1 small avocado
1 small cucumber, cut in sticks
50 grams purple cabbage, finely chopped
2 lettuce leaves
Juice from one lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
1 tablespoon celeriac, finely chopped
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
Freshly ground pepper

Directions
Cut half the avocado and mash it with a fork in a bowl, then add the olive oil, lime juice, onion, salt and pepper.
Spread the avocado on the entire tortilla, place the lettuce leaves, cabbage, cucumber, the rest of the avocado in slices and sprinkle with celeriac, coriander and finally spread the tuna.
Wrap to form a roll, cut in half and enjoy.
Tips
- Instead of a tortilla you can also use an Arabic pita bread
- Seasonal vegetables are always a good idea, but you can also use fruit, especially mango, pineapple and orange ‘filets’
- Wraps are an ideal snack for your walk, for the office and school. You just wrap them up and take them with you!
- Water tuna is also a bit hit with children. You can prepare the wraps from the night before and if you cut them in small rolls, they will love it!
