Ingredients
1 Tuna Pocket TRATA in water
150 grams boiled chickpeas
6 cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
1 small cucumber, diced
2 tablespoons red pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, thinly sliced
5 olives, in rounds
2 lettuce leaves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoons celeriac, finely chopped
50 grams feta, crushed
Salt
Pepper
For the dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple vinegar
30ml olive oil
1 small garlic clove, crushed
¼ teaspoon thyme

Directions
Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Place the chickpeas, lettuce, cucumber, parsley, celeriac, onion, pepper in a bowl and add half the dressing, salt and pepper.
Mix well and add the cherry tomatoes, olives and feta.
Finally, add the tuna and the remaining dressing.
Tips
- This recipe can also be made with lentils instead of chickpeas
- Feta can be replaced by manouri cheese
- The salad can be served over rice, thus creating a delicious family meal

- If you have hypertension, you can choose a feta cheese with reduced salt.
