2 packets Salmon in water Salmon Pocket TRATA
2 baby potatoes, cut in half
100 gr. celery root, cut into medium cubes
1 leek, cut into slices
1 carrot, cut into slices
1 celery stick, coarsely chopped
1000ml hot vegetable broth
1 laurel leaf
½ tsp. thyme
20ml olive oil
1 lemon

Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the potatoes, celery root, carrots, celery for 2-3 ‘.
Add the vegetable broth, the laurel leaf, thyme, salt, pepper and boil the soup for 25 ‘.
Then take out some of the vegetables and a cup of broth, mash them and place the mixture back in the pot together with the salmon.
Allow the soup to boil at 1-2 stages, then add the lemon juice and remove.
Serve the soup with a few drops of olive oil and extra lemon.
Tips:
- If you like, you can mash the entire quantity of the soup and add the salmon at the end
- Zucchini, broccoli and peas also go well with the soup
