1 Tuna Pocket TRATA in water
100 grams sushi rice, boiled
100 grams mango, diced
1 small avocado, sliced
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 chili pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons purple cabbage, finely chopped
1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
For the dressing
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 ½ teaspoon sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon water
Juice from one lime

Directions
Prepare the dressing by mixing all its ingredients in a bowl.
Use a large bowl to place the rice, then add the avocado, mango, cabbage and chili.
Add tuna, spring onion, coriander, sesame and finally top off with the dressing.
Tips
- You can also use basmati rice or wild brown rice
- Apart from the materials mentioned, you can also use cucumber, pineapple, germs and nuts
- If you do not have sweet soy sauce, you can replace it by 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- If you want to bring your poke bowl to the office, don’t forget to sprinkle the mango and avocado with lime juice and add the Tuna Pocket TRATA just before you eat.
