Ingredients

1 Tuna Pocket TRATA in water
150 grams shell pasta, boiled
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 small onion, sliced
1 tablespoon peppers, diced
1 tablespoon caper
30 grams baby arugula
30ml olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic cream
1 garlic clove, mashed
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
4-5 basil leaves
Freshly ground pepper
Salt

Directions

Prepare the dressing in a bowl by mixing the olive oil, caper, garlic, balsamic cream, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place the pasta, cherry tomatoes, onion, pepper and arugula in a large bowl.
Add the dressing and freshly ground pepper.
Serve with tuna and fresh basil leaves.
