Ingredients
1 Tuna Pocket TRATA in water
100 grams celeriac, diced
100 grams potatoes, diced
1 carrot, cut in slices
1 leek, cut in slices
250 grams vegetables broth
100ml milk
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dill
Freshly ground pepper

Directions
Put vegetables in a pot and sauté them with the olive oil for 3΄, then add the broth, salt, pepper and allspice.
Bring the soup to a simmer for 20’, then mash, add milk and boil for another 5’.
Serve adding the tuna and dill.
Tips
- You can add any vegetables which are in season
- Keep the broth hot in order to reduce cooking time and thin the soup to your liking
- This vegetables velouté soup can be easily brought to the office. Besides the tuna, don’t forget to pack some rusks!
