2 packs Salmon in water Salmon Pocket TRATA
400 gr. fusilli
100 gr. cream cottage cheese
1 tsp. dill
Freshly ground black pepper

100 gr. spinach leaves, washed and dried
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. pine nuts
2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
4 basil leaves
2 tbsp. lemon juice
40ml olive oil

Preparation
Boil the fusilli in plenty of salted water.
Meanwhile, mash the spinach, garlic, pine nuts, parsley, basil, lemon juice in the blender.
Add salt, pepper and olive oil, and continue mashing for another 1′.
Drain the fusilli, immediately pour the pesto over them, add the salmon and stir.
Serve the fusilli with cottage cheese and chopped dill.
Tips:
- You can enrich the spinach pesto with 2 tbsp. chervil or fennelο
- In addition to pine nuts, you can use other dried nuts
- Do not hesitate to add black pepper or a pepper mix to the serving, their taste goes perfectly with the spinach
- Strained yogurt is another good pairing for your pesto
