For the salad
2 packs Smoked Salmon Pocket TRATA
250 gr. baby potatoes, washed
80 gr. green beans, boiled
5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 cloves garlic, unpeeled
40ml olive oil
½ tsp. thyme
½ tsp. coriander seeds, grated
¼ red sweet pepper
½ tsp. turmeric
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
Juice from one lemon
For the easy tartare sauce
50 gr. light mayonnaise
5 pickled cucumbers
1 tbsp. capers
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill
1 spring onion
Freshly ground pepper
Salt

Preparation
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, thyme, coriander, turmeric, sweet pepper and lemon juice.
Put the potatoes and garlic in a pan, with the peel, season with salt and pepper and pour over the oil that you prepared, mix well and bake for 45-50′ at 175ο C.
Prepare the tartar by mashing all its ingredients for 1 ‘in the blender.
Leave the potatoes to cool and cut them into quarters without removing their skin.
Squeeze the garlic and peel it.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes, roasted garlic, beans and half the amount of the tartar, add the cherry tomatoes, the salmon and the dill.
Serve the potato salad with capers and the tartar sauce.
Tips:
- In this salad you can use peas or Brussels sprouts instead of green beans
- You can also use sweet potatoes for this salad
