Cobb salad with salmon

Ingredients
2 packs of Salmon Pocket TRATA in water
2 tender lettuce, finely chopped
10 black olives, cut into quarters
100 gr. red beans
2 tbsp. corn
2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 onion, sliced
6 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 tsp. black sesame
For the dressing
30ml olive oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley or coriander, finely chopped
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. thyme
Bukovo, optional
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt

Precedure
In a bowl, place the lettuce leaves and add all the ingredients, salmon, olives, beans, corn, eggs, cherry tomatoes and onion, side by side.
Finally add the black sesame seeds.
In a blender, mix all the ingredients and the dressing, pour over the salad and serve.
Tips:
- In this cobb salad we can use any seasonal fresh ingredients we like, such as peppers, avocado, cucumber, grape etc.
