Ingredients

2 packs of Salmon Pocket TRATA in water
2 tender lettuce, finely chopped
10 black olives, cut into quarters
100 gr. red beans
2 tbsp. corn
2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 onion, sliced
6 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 tsp. black sesame

For the dressing
30ml olive oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley or coriander, finely chopped
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. thyme
Bukovo, optional
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt

Precedure

In a bowl, place the lettuce leaves and add all the ingredients, salmon, olives, beans, corn, eggs, cherry tomatoes and onion, side by side.

Finally add the black sesame seeds.

In a blender, mix all the ingredients and the dressing, pour over the salad and serve.

Tips:

  • In this cobb salad we can use any seasonal fresh ingredients we like, such as peppers, avocado, cucumber, grape etc.

  1. Red beans are an excellent source of vegetable protein. But they are also rich in fiber that assist glycemic regulation and promote gastrointestinal health.
  2. This salad is very rich in powerful antioxidants and specifically in lutein and zeaxanthin (thanks to corn) which are also very important for eye health
