with salmon and avocado dip

Ingredients
For the salmon dip
2 packs of Salmon Pocket TRATA in water
125 gr. cream cheese
500 gr. strained yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dill, finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. coriander, finely chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. tabasco, optional
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
To serve
6 slices of toast bread
1 avocado, cut into thin slices
4 lettuce leaves

Procedure
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, dill, onion, coriander, tabasco, salt, pepper.
Add the salmon and stir again.
Toast the bread and spread the 4 slices with the salmon dip, add the lettuce, a slice of bread, spread the dip again, spread the avocado slices and top with a slice of bread.
Cut in half and serve the club sandwich with salad or potatoes.
Tips
- Corn, capers and pickles go well with this dip
- We can use the dip for toast, sandwiches, to stuff bagels or just enjoy it with breadsticks
